rocket man

oskar and i built a rocket for monkard and sleepy bear. oskar painted the box and added the tape to hold the rocket boosters. monkard and sleepy bear have their own little seat belts, and a fairly realistic control panel. ak added monkard's space helmet. poor monkard has survived many a dress-up experience. i am not sure he is the same after having spent time in the bubble.

oskar takes to the ice

we went to the winter wonderland to go ice skating. i rang to check they had his size for the skates, we paid our money, went in and sure enough - no size 9. oskar was really disappointed, so we took him to go ice-skating. he cried as he got on the ice because he didn't like it. and then cried when we took him off because he had such a good time.

now all the cars and bikes go "bump"

oskar steered us around in the dodgem cars, managing to bump into everyone and evertything in his path. but boy, was he laughing

it keeps on growing

layer, upon layer, upon layer - oskar and alex just keep on adding those bubbles...

i wanna hold your hand

oskar often extends his hand to carlo to hold when they are travelling in the back seat. inevitably it results in carlo's fingers being squashed. this time, carlo seems as though he wants to hold oskar's hand. perhaps it is mum's driving...
